In addition to donating, our crew has co-adopted Black Mountain Trail in Pisgah National Forest along with Crankjoy. We do regular maintenance and work days to make sure we protect this valuable resource we all love.

USA Orders:
- We utilize USPS and FedEx for all US orders. Most orders will delivery in 2-5 days. We ship 95% of orders in 24hrs Monday - Friday (All of our products are stocked here at our facility in Western North Carolina).
- Free USPS shipping on all US orders over $50
- FedEx upgrade delivers in 2-3 days regardless of location
International Orders:
- Standard International 14-21 days: Depending on your location, you can expect your order to arrive in 2-4 weeks (closer to 3-4 weeks these days). Please be aware that due to Covid-19, the mail in some countries is moving very slowly and it could take 4-8 weeks for delivery. $100 Insurance is included at no additional charge.
- DHL/UPS: If you want the fastest and most reliable delivery, use this service. Although not guaranteed, we see most orders delivered in a week.
- Import taxes: Please be aware of any import taxes your country may charge as these are not included in the cost of shipping.

- Our exchange/return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
