COVID-19 Update

Here at Cognative MTB, the safe and health of our employees, communities and our customers is of the utmost priority. We thought it would be helpful to let you know how we are handling the current COVID-19 situation to ensure we don't lose sight of those priorities:

  • Cognative is operated on our personal home property so we are isolated from the general public coming in or out
  • We are a small family owned and operated business. We will be closely monitoring any potential health issues with our part-time employees and will respond appropriately.
  • We practice frequent hand washing and disinfecting of all shipping station surfaces.
  • We are operating on a normal schedule, shipping orders daily!
  • We have SO MANY products in the works, and we are dedicated to continuing our product development to bring you the best the market has to offer!

We are so grateful for the support of our mountain bike community. And yes... we just might take advantage of this extra time to spend a little more time on the trails with our family and friends.

    I placed an order 12th May for gloves and paid for DHL Express Delivery. I had a text from you on the 13th May saying the package had been shipped, 3657254635 being the DHL tracking number. However, the package has not been arrived and DHL have told me they have not received it from you. Can you please advise me what the status of my order no. #6738 is please? This was my Grandson’s birthday present in May
