Returns and Exchanges

All orders are shipped from our warehouse and retail store in Hendersonville, NC.

Don't stress, we are here to help! We'll exchange it at no cost to you for the size you need (US Only) excluding closeout sale items (Returns have a $6 handling fee to cover shipping and labor, but it's waived if you choose store credit). Our exchange/return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom Pre-orders: Not eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out to the
organization directly to see if they have ordered any additional
merchandise for size exchanges. We do not hold any additional inventory
for customized apparel and are not able to exchange or refund.
