I do not like to rate or read about the service surrounding a product, but in this case I feel I should. I ordered the Cold Weather Tech 2.0 gloves for a fall bike packing trip on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska on September 25, 2024—two days before Hurricane Helene hit Cognitive MTB’s offices. Despite the destruction in their area, they still managed to get the gloves to me faster than I expected them without the hurricane. Excellent service.
As for the gloves: they held up great for the trip. We rode in temperatures around freezing and they kept our hands warm. The fit is tight, but that allows the glove to perform as a mountain bike glove and does not slip around like other cold-weather gloves. These gloves will now be my go-to for riding inside my poagies in the Alaskan winter. Additionally, I chose one of the available bright color patterns so I can clearly convey my opinion on someone’s driving when I commute. Completely satisfied.
