At COGNATIVE MTB, we are searching for stand-out individuals to help extend the reach of our mission and breadth of our brand. Our mission is to provide amazing MTB and gravel apparel to riders at exceptional value while at the same time supporting nation-wide trail building initiatives by giving back 2% from sales in an effort to grow the lifestyle of riding dirt.

Our Ambassadors carry themselves as professionals and representatives of the brand always keeping in mind that they are an essential connection to the community and heart beat of COGNATIVE MTB. 

Our Ambassador Program thrives with these attributes at the forefront:

1)Articulate - communication is key when working with others, our Ambassadors have the ability to effectively communicate our mission and product information.

2)Tasteful - pleasant human beings are just nice to be around, and we value our Ambassadors for being socially and politically aware yet neutral and sensitive to other belief systems. COGNATIVE MTB uses it’s influence to motivate, spread stoke and uplift individuals - that’s it. 

3)Professional - our Ambassadors know how to handle themselves among other professionals. From appearance to general vibe, ours is one of genuine professionalism with a hint of “I just got off the trails”. 

4)Social - although we love social media and couldn’t thrive without it, we believe the benefits of human interaction always outway the possible impact you can have with another person or group. Our Ambassadors are out and about in the community spreading the stoke and using the power of riding dirt/gravel to improve humanity. 

5)Active - our Ambassadors are on the bike and in the community. We feel that riding your bike should inspire you to motivate others to seek that same inspiration. Ride and be active.
