Murfreesboro Bike Club
Murfreesboro Bike Club (MBC) exists to have fun on wheels. We provide opportunities to ride with others, we educate, we promote and advocate cycling for transportation, fitness, and recreation. We serve the our community, defend and protect the rights of cyclists and strive to secure a safer and more bicycle-friendly community.
Group rides are scheduled throughout the year. Most routes pass through the scenic countryside of Rutherford and surrounding counties. Ride distances can range from a few miles on the greenway to multi-week tours.
Riders of all abilities are welcome including new riders and seasoned pros. Guests are welcome to join and experience the fun and fellowship that only group riding can provide.
Several educational classes are scheduled throughout the year. Seminars include bike handling skills, pace line etiquette, bike maintenance, and various ways to improve bike fitness.
Additionally, we host various events including the award winning H.O.T. 100 which draws hundreds of riders from across the country and support for the Tennessee Interscholastic Cycling League, Music City Trykes, Bike Walk TN, and the Jeff Roth Cycling Foundation.
